Try getting someone to dab a cottonball with regular, plain old, inexpensive rubbing alcohol. It’s about $1 at a drugstore.
I’ve tried it, and it works (IF you do it often)
Hope it helps.
sandpaper massage followed by a good salt bath.
I always use a oil controling creme and or acne creme on my body as a bath wash and it helps. I never get acne around my body.
Try bathing. Use soap and a washcloth. Good hygeine beats all the useless stuff that is hawked on TV.
exposure to sun will help – try a tanning bed.
or visit you doc for some meds.
first of all, drink more water..then see your dermotologist. He or she can perscribe a generic or off-brand medicine that is not very expensive.
i have it semi-bad on my face. i use “clearisil”; not sure of spelling. but. it works great just put it on in the morning and at night and it will go away. its not a permanent treatment but, works very well if you keep applying it. there is different kinds, too. also, when you take a shower just make sure you scrub those areas very well to get all the dirt or whatever else out of the pores and stuff. just keep those areas and clean as possible and use “clearisil”-one of the top brands, not very expensive.
im so sorry i know how u feel…my best freind has this problem and she feels reaaly self conciuos and bad…i dont think she uses anything but i suggest u use Proactiv solution..good luck!
use an apricot scrub
I would go to your dermatologist, he can prescribe you some medicated soap
yes.
same problem hear.
i have NO acne what so ever on my face.but its on my back.
if you put products in your hair.
and dont wash it off your skin once it has touched your skin.
that will start acne.
i have actually started using proactive..
ON MY BACK.
its works….
its almost cleared up now.
use it constitently and dont be lazy and wait..
Go to your MD and you can obtain quick relief with low dose antibiotics for this condition. Anything dabbed or rubbed on the skin will be of little help in most cases.
Try changing your shampoo. Shampoo can clog pores and cause breakouts in those areas as well as along the jawline. Natural shampoos with no animal by-products might cost more but could solve the problem.
If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symptoms and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:
Find some good home remedies for acne.
use a treatment like clearpores get the body system not the facial. also use caution when eating, avoid salty and extremely fatty foods.
when exercising wear loose fitted clothes and bras and shower immediately after words.
i know what youre going through, i had the same problem on my chest, proactive never worked for me and same with other creams. the one thing that finally cleared up my skin did it in only a few weeks, theres a free trial of it here:
