What are some ways to lose weight and get rid of pimples?

I have pimples all over my fave. I am trying 3 differnet solutions, proactiv, clearisal, and Noxema. I also am 11 and weigh 150 lbs. Mom says that’s normal but I don’t believe her. Anyway what are some ways to lose wight and get rid of pimples I need to lose 70 lbs. in a month or as much of that as I can and try to get a perfectly clear face and it is totally covered in zits/pimples. Please help me!!!!

you probably dont need to lose that much weight, but i love to run , i do about 5 miles 3 times a week, then i go to a sports trainer 2 times a week. or you could join you cross country team or start a sport. also eat healthily (this will help you skin too) just try to eat more fruits and veggies. good luck
umm proactive is pretty good! my bro had HORRIBLE pimples covering his WHOLE face. he tired it and now hes clear. for the weight, if it really bothers u, just eat healthier and excersise. get involved in some more sports or active activities
Ok, I don’t care how old you are, or how over weight you may be, losing 70lbs in a month is SOOOO unhealthy!! And 70lbs is way too much anyway! I’m 16, 5′ 6″ and I weigh 120lbs! You only be looking to lose at the MOST 40lbs.
Anyways, your best bet is regular exercise, a healthy diet, and good sleep habits.
As for the solutions, don’t be using them all at the same time. If you want fast results, stick to one (I’d suggest proactiv, I use it) and use it exactly the way you’re told. Twice a day, and don’t scrub too hard. Also, NEVER pop your zits. I’m guilty of doing it anyway because it’s a bad habit, but it leaves you with scars that don’t go away for years.
Don’t try to completely make yourself over in a month. You’ll be surprised after a month. Even if you only lose 10 or 15lbs, you’ll notice, and you’ll feel great.
And it’s ok…when I was eleven…oiy! You shoulda seen me!!! I looked horrible! But really, no one even cares that much. Everyone’s like that when they’re young. Your hormones are going crazy, and your body’s confused. That could be the reason your weight is a little high, and it’s definitely the reason for your acne.
Just keep your chin up, and don’t expect a miracle in a month.
your eating habits are probably contributing to your acne. I use Ponds at night and it really helps. To lose weight just try eating healthier and working out. There really is no easy way out to either one of these.
OK. Slow down. and take a breath with me. First off stop using so many cleaners. The fact is that your skin could be getting acne because the pores are to sensitive so they get clogged up easily with oil. What kind of skin type do you have? Is it oily, just acne prone, normal, combination etc? I’ll need to know that before I can tell you where to go on next with that. You can contact me at if you so wish, I’d really like to try to help you figure out what’s going on. And if you choose not to contact me then at least take this bit of advice . . Exfoliate (the removing of dead skin cells and excess oil and build up) at least once if not 2 times a week. It’ll do wonders.
Now on to the weight thing. . . It’s not impossible to lose that much weight in a month but the ways to get there are EXTREMLY unhealthy. Try exercising for 5 days a week before you eat anything. The exercise before you eat will cause your metabolism to get a kick start. Next try to cut sodas out of your diet (only like one a day). When it’s time to snack try instead of a little debbie cake (my fav are the swiss rolls, it’s a guilty pleasure) go for a fruit. Try an handful of grapes, an apple, or even tortilla chips and salsa (supposedly thats rather healthy)
Now Let me say that your mom is right. Your going through puberty and it’s normal to gain weight but you can still try to stay fit if you want to. I know exercise makes me feel really good about myself.
Oh and one thing that will help you with both of your issues is water water water. Now if your like me your going yuck right now. But water will help your skin and it helps you lose AND keep off weight. So remember to grab the recommended 64 oz. or 8 glasses a day (or as close as possible to that). And you should check out your BMI (Body Mass Index) to see if your healthy which I’m sure you are.

you cant lose 70lbs in a month…. is not possible even if you starve your self….go on a diet go out side and play… your a kid… enjoy it… wash your face… and only try one thing at a time… you are going to dry out your face and cause more problems…
I went on a diet (south beach) to lose weight before my wedding. Surprisingly my face cleared up too! So I suggest go on a reasonable diet (I recommend south beach) and start exercising even for just 2-3x a week for 30 minutes. I’m sure this would help your pimple problem. If your pimples still persist after a few months, go to a dermatologist to get professional help. In the meantime, continue with your daily face regimen but I think you should stick with just one solution. Because maybe you are putting too much on your face which causes your pimples to aggravate. you’re 11 and weigh 150 pounds? yes i agree it’s overweight, but don’t over do it. Cause maybe your weight is inherited. You can just exercise for like an hour a day doing cardio (running, biking, dancing, etc…) or do it till you sweat like crazyy!! Oh and drink green tea, it makes your metabolism faster and don’t eat lots of fried foods (aka. chinese, chips, kfc)) or sweets (candy) ! remember to follow that plan okay?! oh and after about 2-3 weeks, when you feel comfortable, start doing 2 hours of cardio and yeahh.. And as for acne, just remember you’re only 11, it’s just probably a stage of puberty, it’s different for everyone. Just remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water, get at least 8 hours of sleep, wash your face with a scrub (like st.ives) everyday & night! try doing that for at least 2 months, if there’s no change than you should consider accutane, it really works, my friend used it and his face is flawless! but as for proactive, it works but it’s bad because once you stop using proactive your acne comes right back! so basically if you want to be dependent on that product forever, i suggest not to use it.
