Sas asked: I know there is medicated stuff out there but it tends to be expensive and I don’t get pimples often enough to warrant buying it.
So, what’s the best home treatment you have found?

BURTS BEE’S BLEMISH REMOVER.
i could sware by that stuff!!
NO JOKE!!!
Toothpaste is the best and most effective home remedy. Let it on your skin until it’s completely dry. Then wash it off with soap and water.
Ice followed by a small application of toothpaste (leave until dry), and then more ice to reduce any lingering redness or swelling.
toothpaste sucks. If you have a pimple and you put it on .. and leave itt for a while it gets hardened up and takes forever and a hella lot of washing to take off which actually irrates the pimple and you risk popping it. & also toothpase burns your skin and leaves this nasty red mark there
I say lemons and honey are GREAT! They make your acne scars lighter and honey is a good natural moisturizer unlike the chemical ones.
Also egg whites is an excellent face mask to tighten pores
tea tree oil.
toothpaste.
rubbing fuit on face, dry, wash.
=]
just wash your face 2 times a day and put some sunscreen on to protect you from the sun if you go outside.
get a good cleanser and moisturizer.
aspirin face mask.. lots of people like it. it kinda blocks off your oil production temporarily or something.

this worked really well for me, just don’t use it too often!
Someone has already mentioned it…
But toothpaste always worked for me.
You just wash your face and dry it, and place some toothpaste on the “big” pimples, leave it on for an hour or two; maybe even over night…and the pimples should come right off. It always worked for me…
Of course, this is no remedy for someone with major acne; just pimples from time to time.
Hope I helped.
Tea Tree is a natural antiseptic. Place a dab on acne or add one drop of tea tree oil to warm water and place on the area where there is acne. Tea Tree Oil soap also is very effective. You can also apply lavender essential oil to your acne.
You can try this. Crush 1 to 2 Aspirin tablets mix with a little water and apply on pimples for 15 minutes and wash. More such solutions at
