You have to wash your face once or even twice a day EVERY DAY(Preferably with soap or acne cream).
You won’t notice a major difference for a week or two though.

firstly u have deal with ur pimples for this start washing your face with pears soap nd don’t apply any creams or sumthing on ur face because creams r sticky which gives more pimples on face.keep ur face dry as much as u can.don’t use any towel or hanky on ur face as they contain dust particales.at morning when u wake up before doing the brush apply ur spit on ur pimples within 4-5 days it will be vanished.

Apply ice cubes directly on the pimple and hold for several seconds.

Best way is to consult skin specialist doctor.
There are two pills I will advice :
1. Minoz 20
2. Tretiva 20 mg
Maximum pills advised by doctor contains the drug Isotretinoin USP.
I have got very Good results of Tretiva 20mg daily one.. but these pills r directly affecting on harmons. so for girls, its risky to take these pills without any consult because it may cause probs in pregnancy n all.
As m not a doctor, i advice u to go to doctor and Control on oily food.

2 tsp cucumber juice
2 tsp orange juice
add one raw turmeric( mash the turmeric to form into juice)
add some cream of milk
2 tsp sandalwood powder
add all the ingredients to form into a paste. put it on your face, wash off after 15 mintues. it will give you a glowing skin. it also helps fight acne and pimples. it has helped me, i use it daily.

I will like to share something which will surely bring a cheer to your face.
Who will know more than me that what a menace acne or pimples are. I tried numerous medicines but of no avail, then luckily I came across some home based remedies which was really helpful. In almost 2 weeks 60% of my pimples are gone. You must give it a try!
